From the colonial breakfast served in the decj by the take, until dinner in the typical restaurant, you are expected to taste the deliciousness from the regional gastronomy indication.

In theThematic Restaurant, in the old farm house style, a buffet is served with an enormous variety of hot dishes, salads and desserts.

Our option was for a typical cookery from the country side of São Paulo, which was influenced by the food made by the “tropeiros” who came from Minas and from the Italians who colonized the area, although not giving up the fresh quality of the ingredients, most of the time from our own organic vegetable yard, with the characteristic of being simple and, above all healthy.

Included, a breakfast in colonial style, is served daily on the deck by the lake. A present from the hotel so you begin the day breathing pure air, taking the warmth from the morning sun, appreciating the landscape and the sounds of the nature.
